Competition Entry Proposal for the refurbishment of a Council owned 15 storey high block of flats on the Brooks Road Estate in Plaistow. The scheme consisted of the reorientation of 1B and 2B flats, the addition of 7 work/live duplex units, the addition of two floors for private housing, day care facilities and communal spaces for the residents.
