Access Audits and Reports

NTA Projects has over 20 years of experience in the field of access design.
We have carried out hundreds of acces surveys and audits
on buildings including schools, sports facilities, arts centres,
libraries, town halls, community centres, offices and hospitals.
Many of these assessments resulted in
commissions for major improvement works,
often to historic buildings (such as the National Hospital in London),
reconciling, through design, both access and conservation needs.
Clients include local authorities, health trusts, charities,
trade unions and businesses of all sizes.

Design and Build

Many of our projects were carried out under the terms of a
Design and Build contract, such as the Ikoyi Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria,
or most of our work for housing associations. We participated in
joint project tenders with building contractors, or were
novated to or selected by the design and build contractor
for detailed design and production information work,
on completion of the scheme design stage.
We had also formed our own design and build company,
Alexandra Design and Build Ltd. in partnership with
an established firm of contractors,
in order to maintain design control throughout the process.
