The new-build development for Servite Houses is a six storey, high-density building, comprising of twenty-two 1 and 2 bed shared ownership flats, providing high quality but affordable accommodation in London for key workers from Wandsworth. This was the first project completed by NTA Projects Ltd. for Servite Houses under the Housing Association’s new Partnering Agreement. The scheme incorporates many environmentally sensitive elements, such as a ‘green roof’, planted with low maintenance sedums, recycling provisions, use of sustainable natural materials, water consumption reducing equipment, and waste control using BRE Smart-waste. The residents have signed up to a car share scheme, enabling the development to be a ‘car free’ site. The building has achieved a "very good" Ecorating under the BRE assessment scheme. Full architectural services, procurement based on a PPC2000 form of agreement. Contract value approximately £ 2.4m. Completed in 2005.
