"The Boathouse" is a mixed use scheme, including a boating and activity centre for young people with disabilities, on the bank of the Grand Union Canal off Ladbroke Grove, for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and wheelchair accessible flats for the Kensington Housing Trust.
