NTA Projects with AI Designs (Korea) Our team was one of five finalists, short-listed from a long list of 12 competitors. The Client Brief called for corporate identity design, interior design, fit-out and F.F.&E. installation on a Turn-key basis of a new 7 storey concrete frame building in the centre of Seoul, to create a child centred mixed development consisting of commercial spaces - shops, amusement arcade, café and hire rooms for functions – and a nursery and day care centre. The nursery and day care centre provide space for creative, emotional and social skills development for kids from 2-10 years old. The facilities include play group ‘home base’ areas, separated by age group; studio theatre & music performance spaces; rehearsal rooms; a library with reading, storytelling and discussion group areas; staff meeting and rest rooms; teacher - parent consultation area; dispensary and sick bay; outdoor play areas separated by age group, with direct access from respective indoor activity area Feasibility study, interior design and FF&E specification and procurement Competition entry in 2008
