Mixed-use development, incorporating a 300 unit 5* hotel, shops, bars, restaurants, banqueting and conference facilities for Nigeria Hotels Limited; the Mezzanine and part of the basement accommodated a bank branch and offices for the United Bank of Africa. The building was completed as the Lagos head office for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in 1989, by others. Full architectural services, including the feasibility study, detailed design, production information and periodic site inspections, as part of a Design and Build team. Turn-key contract value £ 24M in 1986.
