New-build residential development of 8 one-family houses in Swiss Cottage for Hunthold Limited. The houses have an 'up-side down' lay-out, with a study / bedroom, shower room and garage at ground floor level, sitting and dining room and kitchen at first floor level, and master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, additional bathroom and bedroom at second floor level. One of the houses was interior designed, fitted out and furnished as a show house. All 8 properties were sold within one month of the official opening. We were the developers, as well as architects, project managers and contract managers on this project. Contract value £ 1.9m in 1987
