High density development on two amalgamated sites, consisting of three storey blocks of 4 and 5 Bed houses, 3Bed maisonettes, and 2Bed flats for the East Thames Group (ETG). The development consists of 74 units in total, including 7 ‘Wheelchair User Homes’ (WUH); all maisonnettes were designed to meet ‘Lifetime Homes’ standard.
