Phased 250 - 650 bedroom hotel, part of a wider commercial development including a warehousing complex and offices at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos State. The practice carried out the feasibility study, site infrastructure lay-out, sketch design and tender documentation, for Adstram International Building Developments Limited and Ajibona Property and Investment Co. Ltd. at the invitation of the Nigerian Airport Authority. Commission year 1982-1985.
